In this episode of the Powered by Joy Podcast, we dive deep into the topic of fear, I share a personal experience of confronting fear head-on while at a racetrack recently. Noticing a seasonal pattern of fear that held me back each year, especially while riding my motorcycle. Realizing how much fear and self-doubt were dominating my thoughts, affecting my performance, and robbing me of the joy I could have been experiencing. This episode is for anyone who feels stuck dealing with fear, and may feel hesitant to take action in any area of  your life.
