These tools help shift us out of survival mode and back into peace and flow, reminding us of the power we have to choose how we respond to stress

Visualizing stressful situations and releasing them can create a much-needed sense of distance. Finally, by anchoring into positive, loving memories, we can refocus our energy and cultivate gratitude.
